They are doing it already but they always respect Man's FREE WILL. Benevolent ETs don't impose what they want man to do but they just suggest the best for humans. Malevolent beings can do some influence but still they respect our free will. In fairness to the ETs, they keep doing their best to help humans and it's about time for humans to accept the truth about the purpose of our life on this planet. It is us - humans must do our part to save our home planet. ETs are already here since the beginning of time in the physical plane in fact there are evidences to support claims that ETs helped built the ancient civilizations and taught humans their technological knowhow. Up to this date they keep doing it but in a discreet manner because powerful governments including religious church failed to tell people that these beings are among us already. If the governments could reveal many things about the ETs and their interaction with man sharing their knowledge to us, then it could be a big leap to Man's consciousness realizing that we are not alone in the Universe.
