A clairvoyant shares her vision while seeing it during a session last Saturday July 19, 2008. Visionaries have the ability to see (foresee) future events. They could see and experience such events meaning they could hear it, feel it, and even interact with it while seeing it. Others could see visions in full details (dates, time) but it all depends on the sensitivity of the visionary.

 I always believe that everyone has paranormal experiences whether we believe the other dimensions exist or not.
A respected veteran broadcast icon known with her radio name Tiya Dely, 87, reveals more of her beyond physical realm experiences we normally call paranormal. (The photo on the left was taken March 3, 2007. Prof. Jimmy Licauco, his wife Yolly, and daughter, myself and Tiya Dely) I would describe "tiyang" as a very skeptic person because she herself admits she doesn't believe ghosts exist and theres no such thing as psychic phenomena as most people believe. When she first attended Prof. Jimmy Licauco's seminar on Basic ESP sometime in the 90s, Tiya Dely can't really believe she bent a spoon by just an influence of thought and rubbing a portion of it to channel an energy that makes it bend. This process could only take at least 3 minutes depending on how a person could clearly visualize spoon bending. Most people in the paranormal field call it telekinesis, a psychic ability of influencing an object to move or change form (metals) by just the power of thought. Since then, Tiya Dely despite her skepticism, could normally say on her radio programs (over DZRH) she did the spoon bending especially if she interviews Prof. Licauco. After several years of revealing just a part of her paranormal experiences, at present Tiya Dely is very vocal with her encounters with the entities or spirit beings. This was started, according to her, when she could hardly see the physical world and corrections were made to her eyes by some eye experts. It is normal now for Tiya Dely to see ghosts (earthboud souls) at some particular period and a surprising revelation she made last night (July 16, 2008) that she could even see the past of any place she goes. Tiyang is somehow could travel in the past at the moment she goes to a particular place. She told me that she could see how people dress in the past in an area, she could even see the scenery of the place in the past but could not interact with people in that period because they are not actually the ghosts of these people but merely the recordings of the place. Paranormal experts call these manifestations as "mechanical ghosts", these are recordings of the events in the past of a an area, maybe of some tragic incidents such as war or accidents but in the case of Tiya Dely, she could see the positive events of a particular place. Moreover, Tiya Dely also told me that she could also see the color of the human auras mostly white, blue and yellow auras.  Psychics can receive sublte informations from the spirit world to help those in the physical realm prevent such destructive events or calamities. A guy called himself Mr. Gemini shared his vision weeks before the Glorietta bombing happened.“Kitang-kita ko ang aking sarili sa isang mall na namamasyal nang bigla akong makarinig ng malakas na pagsabog at kasunod nito ang nakaririnding hiyawan, sigawan ng maraming tao at nag-uunahan na makalabas ng makipot na pintuan ng gusali. Another psychic told me that she saw a vision about bomb explosion but this one involves foreigners.
May mga tangke ng lpg akong nakita sa vision ko may sasabog na naman na mall but i dont know kung saan. Sa vision ko kitang kita ko na nasa icekating section daw ako tapos bigla sumabog. Pagpasok ko kasi dun sa mall na yun sa vision ko may nakita akong lpg tank pati dun sa skating section. May 5 guys na nakasakay sa armored van. Yung isang guy may hawak na bag tapos nilagay nya yung bag malapit sa exit sa likuran ng mall. Then lumabas na sa mall yung guy na nag-iwan ng bag sa exit. Bumalik siya sa armored van then umalis na sila after 10 minutes sumabog.
I'm not saying that these visions are just coincidences of the actual events happened or to happen in the future. But it could be very useful especially if we take extra precautions to save lives.
But seeing visions such as precognitive dreams or flashes in your mind could help everyone acquire advance informations of future events. During altered state of consciousness including meditative state of mind or sleep state, our subconscious mind is very active and subtle messages from the astral (spiritual) realm could be seen very clearly in our mind.

 Cat predicts Death?Real or Mystery?Scientists say its REAL and they are now convinced about animals' "sixth sense" though their explanations could always be more logical than paranormal. In fact, Dr. David M. Dosa, MD, MPH, a geriatrician who cares for patients at the nursing home, Providence, Rhode Island wrote an essay about Oscar, the "death cat" and submitted it to The New England Journal of Medicine, known more for its scientific reports on chemotherapy regimens, drug reactions, infections and heart defects than reports on feline behavior. Dosa admits he was quite surprised the journal agreed to publish his essay and "it is not usually the type of article they will publish." The published essay reported that the 2-year old cat named Oscar, rescued as a kitten from an animal refuge two years ago, has presided over the deaths of 25 patients at Steere House. The cat predicts when patients are going to die. He does not usually care much for human company but every now and then, he snaps to attention, seeks out a patient and curls up in bed next to them. He stays there paying attention to the patient as family members say their goodbyes and the priest give last rights, and then dissappears once the patient has died. The ABC news further reported about Oscar, the death cat's remarkable ability Dr Kirstie Seksel, a vet and a specialist in animal behaviour, says she is not surprised by the descriptions of Oscar's behaviour.
"Animals are very good at reading body language, so this cat's probably picking up that even though the people are older and they don't move around much, there are differences in their respiration rate," she said.
"I suspect there are also some pheromones or different smells that these people are emitting that we're not able to detect and this is what the cat has picked up on." Dr Seksel says genetic differences could explain why other cats in the nursing home do not display similar behaviour. "Maybe this is a cat that can actually smell pheromones and other cats can't, just like with some people - they're able to detect key tones on human breath and other people can't," she said.
"It's a genetic thing that you're born with - you either can or you can't, a bit like you can curl your tongue or you can't curl your tongue."
Oscar's predictions have been so accurate that staff now call a patient's family if the cat appears purring at the door. Loved ones often have just enough time to say goodbye. But nurse Mary-Lee Humphrey, who works the night shift at Steere House, says families have very fond feelings for the cat, despite his grim reaper-like role. "The families surprisingly feel comforted about it," she said. "As a matter of fact, I had a patient pass away and the family was not here at the time. They called later on and asked me, 'Was Oscar in the room when he passed away?' And Oscar was. "If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I actually wouldn't have believed it. I think it's wonderful because he can sense it."
Maybe it does have to be seen to be believed but Oscar has not only drawn the attention of the New England Journal of Medicine, he has also been honoured by the Hospice Service of Rhode Island.
Though scientists could lean on a very scientific explanation about Oscar's ability but personally, it is more on the psychic ability of the pet, because as a cat it has also a psyche or soul and I could say he has the clairvoyant ability to sense dying people. I presume Oscar could see the aura of the dying person that is usually depleted when the death comes, or the cat could also see those souls (the welcome committee) coming to assist a person when he dies. But of course, the scientific explanation could satisfy a very logical and skeptical mind, though the paranormal explanation could also fit those leaning on the spiritual perspective.
