Hmmmm....not sure about vampires but I think they also exist both in the spiritual and physical realms. Those in the physical are people believes in cannibalism (eating flesh and drinking human blood) to make them powerful, same as those we call in the Phils - Aswang, Manananggal. In my program this saturday June 23, 2007 5:30 pm Mla Time, we'll be discussing about their existence, which according to my resource person are REAL ASWANGS.
